The prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC), Fatou Bensouda, recently denounced possible crimes against humanity in Libya, in an environment of deteriorating since the overthrow in 2011 of leader Muammar Gaddafi. The ICC is demanding that Saif Gaddafi be turned over to them for trial.
