US State Department plans to cut all its funding next year to investigate Bashar Al-Assad’s human rights violations in Syria. Instead it wants to step up funding to collect evidence of war crimes in Iraq by the Islamic State. US is no longer as interested in Bashar Al-Assad as it is in IS. Love is never lasting.
