Cartoon: Ley Mordaza Law

People in Spain are protesting the passing of a new law–known as Ley Mordaza or “gag law”–that broadly censors their internet access and makes public protests a finable offense. The problematic law is considered by opponents as a return to the fascist policies of former dictator Francisco Franco.
