Cartoonists, censorship and risks. Bolivian cartoonist Al-Azar has been harassed after publishing a cartoon about the tragedy in the Carnival of Oruro, in which several musicians died after a footbridge collapsed. Since then, many citizens and media professionals have stood in support of Al-Azar.
