   Realistic Utopia ” Maidan”
   UKRAINE / Ukraina / When we think State
   Part 1):
   the state the country the people !
   State is a ” text” for legal and institutional structures in a particular geographic (!) – geopolitical space , – the territory.
   Think the state implies settings and bindings. A special kind of ” affirmation ” !
   The civil rights and obligations. The state binds , connects, and releases.
   And often not in an emancipatory “intention”.
   The ” Maidan” – rebellion is expressed – in a sense ” retention ” (Husserl) of a violent and increasingly confiscatory exercise of power – a loss of utopia – and is an expression of perceived and experienced ‘release’ into hopelessness ( Non- Association Agreement with the EU and many others) , in a perennial ongoing loss of utopia.
   Prison instead of ” nation-building ” !

   Part 2):
   We all do not know if Hannah Arendt’s ” unconditional concept of freedom” or Karl Marx’s “revolutionary moment ” of the ” false promises ” will come into effect / will happen as a ” historical text” .
   The future is unpredictable, it is the ” Unpredictable ” (see my text to ” Taksim Gezi Park ” v. June 2013 , my weblog) .
   Utopia is living (at least in all of our thinking) !
   Specters of Marx (J. Derrida) , this political melancholy of „semi – failure ” is a text which we ( all of us ” Maidans” ! ) try to love and to live.
   I mean the idea of ” justice ” and the emancipatory “correctness” (see my text policy of asylum , see blog ) , the ” Orthopractice ” .

   It’s about values and ideas of the European Enlightenment.
   Emancipatory Nation-Building.
   The Political of the Policy can be changed by the people.

   Realistische Utopie „Maidan“ (raum-knappeste Text-Fassung !)
   UKRAINE / Ukraina / Wenn wir Staat denken
   (ukraina = das, was an der Grenze ist / liegt)

   Teil 1):
   Der Staat das Land die Menschen !
   Staat ist ein „Text“ (!) aus gesetzlichen und institutionellen Strukturen in einem bestimmten geographisch – geopolitischen Raum, – das Territorium.
   Den Staat denken impliziert Setzungen und Bindungen. Eine besondere Art von „Affirmation“ !
   Die staatsbürgerlichen Rechte und Pflichten. Der Staat bindet, verbindet und entbindet auch.
   Und oft nicht in emanzipatorischer (!), Freiheiten schaffender und garantierender „Intention“.
   Der „Maidan“- Aufstand ist Ausdruck, – gewissermaßen „Retention“ einer gewaltvollen und immer mehr enteignenden Machtausübung , – einer Utopie-Verlustiggehung und ist Ausdruck einer gefühlten und erlebten „Entlassung“ in die Hoffnungslosigkeit (Nichtassoziierungsabkommen mit EU u.v.a.), in eine perennierende/andauernde Utopie-Losigkeit.
   Gefängnis anstatt „Nation-Building“ !
   Teil 2):
   Wir alle wissen nicht, ob Hannah Arendts bedingungslos „unbedingter Freiheitsbegriff“ oder Karl Marx‘ „revolutionärer Moment“ der „falschen Versprechungen“ zum Zug kommen wird / sich als „Geschichts-Text“ ereignen wird. Die Zukunft ist unberechenbar, sie ist das „Unberechenbare“ (vgl. meinen Text zu „Taksim Gezi Park“ v. Juni 2013, s. m. Weblog ).
   Die Utopie lebt (zumindest in unser aller Denken) !
   Marx‘ Gespenster (J. Derrida), diese politische Melancholie des „Halb-Scheiterns“ ist ein Text, den wir alle ( wir alle „Maidaner“ ? „Erhoffer“ ! ) beherzigen, lieben und leben sollten, ich meine die Idee der „Gerechtigkeit“ und der emanzipativen „Richtigkeit“ (vgl. m. Text zur Asylpolitik, s. Weblog), der „Orthopraktik“.
   Diese Idee ist auch eine Utopie der emanzipatorischen Veränderung, – auch der Emanzipation eines „Staats-Textes“, eines Staatsgebildes (wie z. B. das der Ukraine, Ägyptens, Syriens oder der Türkei u.a.). Es geht um Werte und um Ideen der europäischen Aufklärung.
   Emanzipatorisches Nationen-Bauen. Das Politische der Politik ist vom „Volk“ beeinflußbar !
